Overview
Reptile World Serpentarium, located in St. Cloud, Florida, has been home to an extensive collection of more than 80 species of snakes and other reptiles since opening in 1972. Visitors can encounter a wide variety of reptiles, from familiar non-venomous snakes to exotic and venomous species, all housed within a distinctive cinder block and stucco building.
The facility offers educational and entertaining experiences including twice daily venom shows held at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. Social distancing measures are observed to ensure visitor safety during shows.
The serpentarium is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed on Mondays and major holidays such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter. Visitors are advised to check for any changes in show schedules, especially during the month of September when the venom show schedule is reduced.
Admission pricing varies; visitors are encouraged to call ahead for the most current prices and to inquire about special discount coupons which are honored on weekends.
Reptile World Serpentarium also features other reptiles and species, including turtles, alligators, geckos, iguanas, and bearded dragons, making it a comprehensive destination for reptile enthusiasts and families alike.
